1. About us. This website is operated by Sovereign Noir LLC, trading as Cloudy ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products. We work to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens, and handmade or plated pieces may show small natural variations. This is not a fault.

4. Pricing and payment. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken at checkout.

5. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price has been listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

6. Warranty. Our pieces carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, covering faults in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, loss, theft, damage from misuse, exposure to chemicals or perfume, or unauthorised repair or alteration. To make a claim, email support@sovereign-noir.com with your order number and photos.

7. Care. Our jewelry is waterproof and sweatproof in everyday conditions. To keep it looking its best, avoid contact with perfume, chlorine, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site belongs to Sovereign Noir LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Acceptable use. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with its operation or security.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This does not remove any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your own country.

12. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
