Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times. Estimated delivery is 8–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays or peak periods.

Shipping cost. Free tracked shipping on all orders.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs and duties. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost, or refunded less shipping.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@sovereign-noir.com and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
